Nature of Service:
Market Maestroo provides digital research report services. Once 
your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our research team 
begins work immediately.

No Refund Policy:
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our research 
services, we do NOT offer refunds once:
- Payment is successfully processed
- Research work has commenced
- Stock list has been submitted

Cancellation Before Work Starts:
If you wish to cancel BEFORE submitting your stock list, contact 
us within 24 hours of payment. Refunds in such cases are subject 
to a 10% processing fee.

Quality Guarantee:
While we don't offer refunds, we guarantee:
- Research reports delivered within 28 days
- Comprehensive analysis as described
- Professional quality standards

If you're unsatisfied with report quality, we will review and 
revise the specific report at no additional cost.

Delayed Delivery:
If we fail to deliver within 28 days (excluding circumstances 
beyond our control), you may request priority delivery or a 
partial credit toward future services.
